Welcome! If you are new to Ornate Gardens, this page should help clear up a lot of commonly asked questions.

Answer

We cannot issue a refund, exchange for any item that are classified as not acceptable. Returns are not acceptable if any one of the following conditions apply:

Package has a postmark more than 30 days after the package was delivered to you. This date is determined based on the tracking information provided by the carrier.

Product is received damaged, used, altered, not in saleable condition.

In the unlikely event that we cannot accept a return as stated above, we will send back the item to you if you want to pay the carriage charges incurred to send your original order back to you.
