The mechanism looks a different design from the previous sleeve and already inspires me with confidence. If there are any maintenance tips to keep it sliding easily, I am happy to take advice. We love our lounger not only for its practicality but also its craftsmanship and creative design. Now we can boast about the excellent customer service that goes with it. Its only taken almost a year but heres our gorgeous pod in the garden in Edinburgh. We use it almost every day summer and winter. It was wonderful while I was recovering from knee replacement op in March. It has been protected with Akzo silver wood protection coating which gives it a lovely mellow blend into my garden. Its been a TOTAL JOY TO OWN. We are the envy of all our friends and neighbours.

I just want to say how delighted I am with my Pod! I first saw them in Malvern RHS show 2years ago. Never thought I would own one but going to Hyde Hall Flower show this year, there they were again. Having been disappointed with another garden project early summer, I decided to go for it, an ex demo. I had through my garden designer to get a patio built asap. It was done and last week Steve arrived on time, unloaded and set to work. He didn't stop until it was complete. He is a credit to the Company. At night, it looks as though something has landed from outer space when lit up. Hello , ONE very delighted customer as my oval garden pod was delivered and assembled today . Amazing as it arrived 7.30am and the chaps worked continuously until a pod was born ha ha . I feel, I have to put something in writing. It’s all to easy to complain if things or services go wrong……however, on his occasion - quite the opposite. Earlier today, Steve represented Ornate Gardens and arrived at or property to assemble a secondhand Pod we’d bought advertised on Gumtree. Firstly he had a very early start to collect the Pod from Warwick. He then drove the considerable distance to Wiltshire but arrived with a beaming smile on his face. He was very approachable, I felt reassured he knew the task ahead of him and nothing was too much trouble. He oozed confidence. He sang the praises of Ornate Gardens as a company. He is in fact a very good ambassador for your company. The job was done completely to my satisfaction and Steve even stated…..”If I’m happy, then he can make his journey back, happy” what more can I say……I believe Steve is an asset to Ornate Gardens.
